Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 c. cocoa; 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder; 1 1/2 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 3/4 c. oleo; 2 c. sugar; 3 eggs; 2 tsp. vanilla; 2 tsp. orange peel; 2 c. coarsely grated zucchini; 1/2 c. milk; 1 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange peel
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream oleo and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla and orange peel.

Add zucchini, alternately stir in dry and milk mixture, including nuts in the last addition.

Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan or Bundt pan.
