  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. flour

    Mix all together.

    Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    If you want to prepare as cupcakes, bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

    I enjoy using cupcake papers - freezes well.
