- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs

1Grease 2-quart casserole.

2Layer sliced zucchini, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese.

3Repeat to fill dish.

4Top with bread crumbs.

5Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
