- 6 c. diced zucchini
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onion 5 minutes in preheated water; drain well. Combine soup and sour cream.

2Fold into drained squash and onion. Melt oleo and combine with stuffing mix.

3Spread 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of greased casserole dish.

4Spoon in squash and onion, then top with rest of stuffing.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
