- zucchini
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 16 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Saute garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet.

2Add sliced zucchini, salt and pepper.

3Cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.

4Add tomatoes; stir to mix.

5Spoon into a lightly greased shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

6Combine remaining ingredients.

7Sprinkle over top.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and bread crumbs are lightly brown.
