- 4 cups sliced zucchini
- 1 12 cups liquid egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 23 cup seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook sliced zucchini in boiling water until barely tender.

2Drain and place in blender with egg substitute, onion flakes and stuffing mix.

3Blend until smooth.

4Transfer mixture to casserole dish coated with cooking apray.

5Sprinkle top with cheese.

6Bake at 350F until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
