  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Trim and discard ends from zucchini.

    Cut zucchini into 36 thin slices; place in medium bowl.

    Add Caesar dressing; toss to evenly coat zucchini.

    Cover baking sheet with parchment.

    Mix cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish.

    Dip zucchini slices, 1 at a time, in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice.

    Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet; press cheese mixture into zucchini to secure.
