- 4 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1In skillet, cook zucchini and onion in margarine until tender. Stir in parsley and seasonings.

2In large bowl, blend eggs and cheese.

3Stir in vegetable mixture.

4Separate crescent rolls into triangles.

5Place in ungreased 10-inch pie plate; press over bottom and sides to form crust.

6Spread crust with mustard.

7Pour vegetable mixture into crust and bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes.
