Ingredients
- 3 c. zucchini, cubed
- 2 c. onion, diced
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- dash of dill
- milk
Directions

1Saute onion in 1/2 stick margarine.

2Combine with zucchini, curry powder, garlic, and broth.

3Simmer 45 to 60 minutes.

4Puree in blender or food processor.

5Cool and add remaining ingredients, adding milk to get consistency you like.

6Chill at least 6 hours. Delicious!
