- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. zucchini
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 8 oz. sliced Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook and drain the ground beef.

2Slice and parboil the zucchini.

3Cook the potatoes.

4In a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole dish, layer the beef, zucchini squash, potatoes and cheese.

5Mix the soup and milk.

6Pour over.

7Top with bread crumbs.

8Bake 1 hour at 350°.
