- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

1In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shredded zuchini, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3 minutes.

2Make a well for the egg and crack egg into pan. Cover and cook until egg is at desired doneness.
