- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 large zucchini
- flour
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.

4Cut zucchini in half crosswise, then lengthwise slices about 1/4-inch thick. Lightly dust each with flour.
