- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 4 c. zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
Directions

1Heat wine to boiling in 10-inch skillet.

2Stir in zucchini, garlic and basil.

3Cover and heat to boiling.

4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Stir in onion.

6Cook uncovered until zucchini is crisp and tender and liquid is reduced, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
