  • 6 c. peeled grated zucchini
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Sure-Jell
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 13 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. apricot jello

Directions

    Boil zucchini and water until soft (approximately 20 minutes).

    Add Sure-Jell and bring to a hard-boil.

    Add sugar and pineapple; boil 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add jello.

    Stir well and put in jars.
