  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup oil
  • 23 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    combine wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.

    stir wet ingredients into the dry.

    pour batter into 3- 9x5 inch greased loaf pans.

    Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 1hr or until a cake tester comes out clean.

    cool before slicing.
