  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 1 medium (2 cups) zucchini, shredded

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place paper baking cups into 12 muffin pan cups; set aside.

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in bowl; mix well.

    Combine butter and eggs in bowl; stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
