- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Put zucchini, butter and seasoning in skillet.

2Cover, cook slowly 5 minutes.

3Uncover, cook slowly, turning slices until almost tender.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan.

5Toss.

6Can also add some Velveeta after turning slices, cooking about 5 minutes.
