- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. turmeric (ground)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 5 lb. small zucchini, sliced thin
- 1 qt. thinly sliced onions
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over prepared zucchini and onions in large bowl and let stand one hour, stirring occasionally.

2In large saucepan, bring mixture to a boil and simmer 3 minutes.

3Continue simmering as you quickly pack hot sterilized jars.

4Makes sure vinegar solution tops pickles.

5Seal.

6Process 5 minutes.

7Makes 6 to 7 pints.
