Zucchini Pie

  • 1 pkg. buttermilk or country refrigerator rolls
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 3 oz. yellow or white cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine for saute

Directions

    Separate rolls and press them out into a glass pie pan. Thinly slice the zucchini and onion.

    Saute zucchini and onion ringlets in butter until about half done.

    Put half the veggies into the pie pan crust.
  4. 4
    Add half of the cheese; repeat.

    Bake according to roll recipe (400° for 12 to 15 minutes).
