- 1 pkg. buttermilk or country refrigerator rolls
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 3 oz. yellow or white cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine for saute
Directions

1Separate rolls and press them out into a glass pie pan. Thinly slice the zucchini and onion.

2Saute zucchini and onion ringlets in butter until about half done.

3Put half the veggies into the pie pan crust.

4Add half of the cheese; repeat.

5Bake according to roll recipe (400° for 12 to 15 minutes).
