- refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 c. sliced zucchini (very thin)
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Line a large pie pan with rolls.

2Spread with mustard.

3Simmer with oleo until soft and transparent, zucchini and onions.

4Add spices.

5Beat eggs and mix with cheese.

6Pour zucchini mixture into eggs and cheese and mix well.

7Pour into pie shell.

8Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

9Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

10Cut and serve.
