  • 2 c. zucchini
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can milk (12 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Peel and seed enough zucchini to make 2 cups when cooked and mashed.

    Mix all ingredients well and put in a pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes at 350° for 1/2 hour until knife comes out clean.
