- 1 c. cooked zucchini, drained well
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend zucchini until you have 1 cup.

2Add everything else into blender.

3Blend well and pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top. Decrease heat to 350°.

5Bake until nice and brown and a toothpick comes out clean (about 25 minutes).
