Zucchini Pie

  • 6 c. zucchini
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Peel and slice zucchini; take out seeds.

    Boil until tender; drain and put in unbaked pie shell.
  3. 3
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over zucchini in pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
