- 1 large zucchini, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 recipe 2 crust pie pastry
- butter
Directions

1Cook the zucchini in salted water in saucepan for 2 minutes; drain. Combine dry ingredients in bowl.

2Layer dry mixture and zucchini in pastry lined pie plate until all ingredients are used. Dot with butter.

3Top with remaining pastry. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until browned.
