- 4 c. zucchini, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 15 minutes.

3Line 8-inch pie pan with crescent rolls. Pour in mixture of zucchini.

4Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
