  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
