  • 4 cups zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. shredded Munster
  • Mozzerella cheese
  • 1 can crescent rolls

Directions

    Saute zucchini and onions in margarine for 10 minutes.

    Stir in spices.

    Combine eggs and cheese and add to mixture.

    Separate crescent rolls and line in ungreased pie pan.

    Spread mustard on rolls.

    Pour vegetable mixture in pan and bake for 20 minutes at 375F or until center sets.
