  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Separate dough into triangles; place in 10-inch pie plate with points to center. Press edges together, building up slightly to form an edge at top; crimp.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of crust.
