- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Separate dough into triangles; place in 10-inch pie plate with points to center. Press edges together, building up slightly to form an edge at top; crimp.

2Bake in a 375° oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of crust.
