Ingredients

• 4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
• 1 c. Bisquick or pancake mix
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1/2 c. grated cheese
• 2 tsp. parsley
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
• dash of pepper
• 1/2 tsp. marjoram
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
