- 1 to 2 small zucchini squash, sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- salt to taste
- 3 tsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Layer squash, tomatoes and onion in medium size saucepan. Salt to taste.

2Add margarine and very small amount of water since it makes it's own liquid.

3Place lid on and turn heat to high, then when steam escapes, turn heat down to low or simmer and cook only until tender (about 10 minutes).

4Turn heat off and add cheese.

5Let set for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
