  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lb. cut-up zucchini
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Brown onion and pepper.

    Mix with stuffing.

    Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
