  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 50 grams Bacon (block)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 grams Tomato sauce
  • 20 grams Cheese (block)
  • 100 grams Pasta

Directions

    Thoroughly saute the zucchini (cut into 1 cm slices) and bacon in olive oil.

    Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and pepper (not listed).

    Once the zucchini has become tender, add about a ladle full of tomato sauce.

    Add a bit of the pasta cooking water as well.

    Add cheese, and then mix in the cooked pasta.
