- 2/3 pkg. crumb-type stuffing mix (about 4 c.)
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 2 medium or 1 large zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. (8 oz. carton) sour cream
- 8 slices cheese
Directions

1Mix stuffing mix and melted butter.

2Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix sour cream and soup.

4Spread zucchini slices in pan over the stuffing mix.

5Spread soup mix over zucchini.

6Top with cheese slices and spread remaining stuffing mixture on top.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until zucchini reaches desired doneness.
