  • 1 pound Penne Pasta (or Any Pasta Of Your Choice)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil, Chopped

Directions

    Boil a pot of water and cook your pasta according to package instructions for al dente.

    Drain pasta in a colander then return it to the same pot now on medium heat.

    Add your minced garlic and olive oil and toss around until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried basil.

    Mix everything until combined, then let it sit for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Add in your fresh basil and give it one final toss.

    Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
