- 1 head lettuce
- 1 whole green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 8 stalks celery
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 11 oz. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Parmesan or mixed)
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Place lettuce in 9 x 12-inch pan, no deeper than 3-inches. Then layer finely chopped pepper and onion.

2Then peas and finely chopped celery.

3Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.

4Spread evenly. Sprinkle sugar evenly, then cheese.

5Cover.

6Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.

7Crumble bacon on top.

8Several hours before serving, cut into squares the desired serving size.
