- 5 cups each all purpose flour and 100% wheat bran high fibre cereal
- 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup dates
- 1 Tbsp. each baking soda and ground cinnamon
- 4 cups buttermilk*
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1COMBINE flour, cereal, brown sugar, dates, baking soda and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.

2Mix together buttermilk, oil and eggs.

3Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.

4SPOON batter into 24 greased muffin tins.

5BAKE at 375F (190C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
