- 3 1/2 cups flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar.

3In separate bowl mix white sugar, brown sugar, oil, butter/margarine, eggs and vanilla.

4Add flour mixture and mix well.

5Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

6Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake 9 - 15 minutes until light brown.
