- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

1Saute onion in butter.

2Beat eggs in bowl; add corn and onions.

4Add muffin mix; stir.

5Pour in ungreased, 4-quart casserole.

6Put cheese on top.

7Bake at 375° for 60 to 65 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
