- 6 whole eggs, beaten slightly
- 8 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 heaping Tbsp. flour, mixed with sugar
- 4 c. whole milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly; mix flour and sugar together real good and add to eggs.

2Then, add milk, vanilla and salt.

3Add all these together.

4Bake crusts until set, then pour in the egg mixture and bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes.

5Turn oven back to 350°.

6Bake about 20 more minutes or until done, when knife is inserted in center and comes out clean.
