- 3 lb cut-up frying chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 20 clove garlic
Directions

1In a small bowl mix salt, peper, paprika and oil to form a paste, spread evenly over chicken.

2In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, place onion slices.

3Arrange chicken over onion.

4Separate garlic into cloves, place around chicken.

5Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.

6With slotted spoon, remove chicken to a platter.

7Serve garlic and onions on the side or use in a side dish such as mashed potatoes or green beans or both!
