  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
  • 1 pkt. 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.

    Meanwhile, cook meat, onions and dressing in large saucepan on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
