- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked and undrained
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Romano cheese
- Salad Supreme seasoning
Directions

1Shred lettuce in oblong pan.

2Layer remaining vegetables (celery, onions, etc.).

3Spread carefully mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar on top of mayo, then Romano cheese and Salad Supreme. Refrigerate 24 hours.

4Toss before serving.
