  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 batch green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 pkg. frozen peas (not cooked)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 16 slices bacon, cooked very crisp and dry
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In largest cake pan, layer on bottom the shredded lettuce (tiny).

    Next layer the chopped green onions.
  3. 3
    Next, layer the celery and on top of celery, layer frozen peas.
  4. 4
    Spread mayonnaise as next layer.
  5. 5
    Break up in small pieces the bacon for the next layer.

    And as the last layer, sprinkle the Cheddar cheese.

    Put foil over and seal tightly.

    Make the day before and keep sealed in refrigerator until ready to serve.
