Ingredients

  • 1 can French cut green beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 c. minced green peppers
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain beans and place in glass bowl.

    Add green pepper and onion.

    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over bean mixture; toss.

    Refrigerate, covered, until served.

    Drain before using.

    Make night before.

    Pimento may be used if desired.
