- 1 box devil's food cake
- 1 pkg cream cheese (at room temp)
- 1 lg pkg instant chocolate pudding
- 2-3 cups milk
- (ingredients to make cake: egg, oil)
- whipping cream
Directions

1prepare half of cake in a 9x13 pan as per directions and set out to cool. in a bowl, whip cream cheese until soft and smooth. mix in 1 cup milk and blend til smooth. add pudding and remaining cup milk and blend til smooth but firm. (may need to add a little more milk). layer mixture on top of cake and refrigerate. before serving, prepare whipping cream (1tbsp sugar and splash of vanilla) and layer on top of pudding mixture. chill and serve. may be topped with slivered almonds.
