- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 small instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Melt margarine; mix with flour and add 1/2 of pecans.

2Press in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

3Bake at 350° for exactly 15 minutes (cool).

4Mix softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip with electric mixer until smooth.

5Spread over cooled crust.

6Mix pudding and milk until thickened.

7Spread over 2nd layer.

8Put remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle chopped pecans.

9Refrigerate.
