  • 13 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 cup scallion, sliced
  • 34 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 14 cup peppadew peppers (sweet red peppers) or 14 cup roasted red pepper, finely diced
  • 12 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 (12 ounce) can white beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can chickpeas, garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can black beans, drained

Directions
