Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can yellow beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small can garbanzo beans
  • 2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. vinegar

Directions

    Drain canned vegetables and combine in large bowl.

    Stir together the salt, pepper, oil, sugar and vinegar until dissolved. Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.

    Stir several times before serving.
