- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Put in buttered casserole.

3On top, add 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled and mixed with melted margarine.

4Bake in a 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
