  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor; I use chocolate pudding)
  • 3 c. milk

    Spread over cheese mixture, then spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding layer.
